Michael Sandborn is a third year Ph.D. student and Russel G. Hamilton Scholar at Vanderbilt University co-advised by Dr. Jules White and Dr. Kevin Leach. Michael's research focuses on computer security and machine learning.
Michael received his B.S. in Computer Science and B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Vanderbilt in the class of 2020. Before Vanderbilt, Michael attended Jesuit High School of Tampa where he participated in Student Council, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Varsity baseball and was ulimately recruited as a left-handed pitcher to play baseball at Vanderbilt where he played from 2016-2019.
